At Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, I worked as a member of the Event Support Team <\/strong>, supporting the production and coordination of National Day and Special Day events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In close collaboration with participating country pavilions, I provided coordination support from the preparation stage through to on-site operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of each event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coordination for National Day \/ Special Day events<\/strong>

Pre-Event Duties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Pre-production meetings with participating country pavilions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Liaison and coordination with relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handling required procedures, including fire safety applications and related permits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    On-Site Duties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Welcoming and supporting international performers visiting Japan<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • On-site operational support during event days
      (Stage direction and artistic production were handled by a separate team)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
