From venue booking and construction management to on-site coordination and travel arrangements for events in Japan and abroad, we provide seamless, end-to-end project management — from the initial planning stage all the way through show day.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong multilingual communication skills, including English.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for both short-term and long-term assignments, depending on event schedules.
- Experience in live events, exhibitions, concerts, or TV/film production.
- Interest in working in the concert and live entertainment industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays according to on-site schedules.
