In September 2026, Tripleguns provided production management and tour support for a Japanese artist’s Asia tour, covering Taipei, Seoul and Bangkok.

The tour began with two performances at TAIPEI MUSIC CENTER in Taipei, followed by a show at Jangchung Arena in Seoul.

The final performance was scheduled to take place at Thunder Dome in Bangkok on 26 September. However, following severe weather affecting Bangkok and surrounding areas, the show was cancelled due to flooding, road conditions and concerns regarding safe travel to and from the venue.

The decision was made following consultation between the local organiser, venue and relevant parties, with the safety of the audience, artist, crew and everyone involved given the highest priority.

Throughout the tour, Tripleguns worked between the Japanese artist and production team, local promoters, venues and technical crews in each market, supporting the production and advance process across multiple countries.

Production Management Across Three Asian Markets

International touring requires continuous coordination across different venues, production structures and technical environments.

Equipment availability, venue specifications, local crew structures and working practices can vary significantly from one city to the next, while the artist and touring team need to maintain consistent creative and technical standards throughout the tour.

Tripleguns supports this process through technical advance, promoter and venue liaison, audio, lighting, video and stage coordination, equipment and local crew arrangements, logistics, and on-site production support.

Rather than treating each performance as an isolated event, we approach an international tour as one continuous production, carrying technical updates, operational changes and production information from one city to the next.

Troubleshooting & Risk Management in International Touring

International production is not only about delivering a show exactly as planned.

Touring across different countries can involve unexpected challenges ranging from severe weather and transport disruption to flight or cargo delays, technical issues, differences in venue infrastructure, equipment availability, last-minute schedule changes and changes affecting artists or crew.

Through our experience supporting concerts, tours and festivals across international markets, Tripleguns has worked through a wide range of practical challenges that can arise on the road.

When something changes, the priority is to quickly understand the situation, establish clear communication between the touring and local teams, and identify practical solutions within the time and resources available.

Where possible, that means finding an alternative solution that allows the production to continue. Where safety becomes a concern, as with the Bangkok show, it also means working closely with local stakeholders and responding appropriately to decisions that prioritise the wellbeing of the artist, crew and audience.

For Tripleguns, effective international production management therefore extends beyond advance planning and technical coordination. It also requires troubleshooting, risk management, adaptability and calm decision-making on the ground.

These capabilities become particularly important on multi-country tours, where local conditions, regulations and production environments can change with every destination.

Supporting Confidential & NDA-Based Projects

International touring frequently involves confidential information, including unreleased show details, production plans, technical specifications and artist-related materials.

Tripleguns works with artists, management teams, promoters and production companies while respecting confidentiality requirements and handling sensitive production information appropriately throughout each project.

For this project, the artist’s identity and selected production details remain undisclosed in accordance with the relevant NDA.
